Question: Are samples available?
Answer: Yes! You can order the "sample pack", which contains all our different designs and card options through our shop. When you place a custom order, the value of this sample pack will be deducted from your total.
Question: Are your designs available in other languages?
Answer: Yes! Please connect with our design team and we will be happy to assist you.
Question: I have more than one event, can I add additional cards to my invitations?
Answer: Yes! You can add up to four additional cards in each invitation.
Question: Can I see a preview of my invitations before printing?
Answer: Yes! All designs must be approved by you before they are printed, ensuring every detail is accurate.
Question: Is there a minimum order?
Answer: The standard order minimum is 100 invitations. If this does not meet your needs, please reach out to us and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Question: I've placed my order. What happens next?
Answer: Once you place your order, you will need to fill out a form containing the details of your event. Then, our design team will send you a design proof. At this point, it's important to review all text, including names, addresses, and times, and approve it for printing. We will gladly assist you during each step.
Question: What is the processing time for my order?
Answer: Please allow 3-4 weeks for us to process your order, and 5-7 business days for your order to be delivered.
Question: Do you offer international shipping?
Answer: Yes! We can ship to almost anywhere. Please contact us for more details and we can provide you with an estimate based on your location.
Question: Does Love on Cardstock provide returns?
Answer: Due to the custom nature of our product, they are unable to returned.
Question: How do you ensure the quality of the invitations?
Answer: Each invitation is throughly inspected for errors, defects, smudges etc. All orders are hand made and meticulously crafted by our staff.
Questions: What is the weight of the paper?
Answer: Our Signature paper weights 110lbs and our heavyweight cardstock weights 130lbs.
